My start weight was 7st 8lbs on the left aged 18, to the right I am now 19 weighing in at 10st. this has been a very long and difficult journey, there has been a lot of trial and error as i have a very fast metabolism and hormone imbalance. I started off eating 3 meals a day and 2 protein shakes training 4 days a week doing push, pull, legs. I currently now eat 4-5 meals a day including 2 mass gainer shakes. My training routine is currently 3 days a week doing all compounds movements 5x5. One supplement that really helped me in this journey was my pre workout n.o. xplode! this product is amazing and gives an insane drive in the gym which is where i found my weakness, i was getting enough food and eating well but i really needed to go that one step further and push it in the gym, train insane or remain the same! My goal weight is 12st 7lbs which i will get to! I have seen huge strength gains which is a great place to start working hard on the free weights, squats, bench and deadlifts are a bunkers best friends!
